Event Registration

The Swim School Championship is conducted as a no-protest competition. All decisions made by Fishlike Swim School officials, referees, and timekeepers during the event are final and binding. No protests, appeals, or objections will be entertained once a ruling has been made.

All results, rankings, and times published by Fishlike Swim School are final. Results will not be subject to further review or amendment after official announcement, except in cases of administrative error at the sole discretion of the organiser.

Fishlike Swim School reserves the right to disqualify any participant for violation of competition rules, unsportsmanlike conduct, or failure to comply with officials' instructions. Disqualification decisions are final and no refunds will be issued as a result of disqualification.

By registering, participants and their guardians acknowledge that swimming is a physical activity that carries inherent risks. Fishlike Swim School, its coaches, volunteers, and staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event. All participants register and compete at their own risk.

Fishlike Swim School may photograph or video record the event for promotional and archival purposes. By registering, participants and guardians consent to the use of such images and footage by Fishlike Swim School without compensation.

Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed. In the event of cancellation by Fishlike Swim School, participants will be notified and a full refund will be issued. Fishlike Swim School reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to circumstances beyond its control, including inclement weather or pool facility issues.

Fishlike Swim School reserves the right to amend the competition schedule, event format, or rules at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered participants as soon as practicable. The organiser's decision on all matters relating to the event shall be final.
